I would like to extend my compliments to Mr Xavier Goh for his great effort in ensuring my home renovation is well taken care of, particularly the after service. Many of us have experience poor response and attitude after we have fully paid for a service or item. However, Xavier has been very helpful in arranging for defect teams to assist with some minor defects that were discovered after the hand over, which my husband and I are very appreciative of.
I hope this email serves as a reminder to your team of staff that a successful business is built through word of mouth, and a good after service is all it takes to differentiate a well run company from one that doesn’t have a long term goal. I also hope that Xavier’s good effort and attitude are recognized by your company.
